Maxim brings rich experience in team building, project management, project planning, and execution. He managed the operation of a maritime security project in Africa, trained teams of the Angolan special forces, and directed complicated operations to protect.  Angola’s territorial and economic waters. Maxim was a combat soldier & team instructor in “Shayetet 13”, Israel’s navy elite unit, he participated in dozens of operations and in the war of 2014. During his military career, Maxim developed strong leadership, creative problem-solving & risk management skills in various key commanding positions.
