Mike Rosenberg brings over 35 years of investment banking and corporate finance experience. He is a Senior Managing Director at Intrepid Investment Bankers LLC, which he co-founded. He specializes in advising middle-market companies on mergers, acquisitions, and capital markets transactions. Mike plays a key leadership role on Intrepid’s executive committee and mentors the firm’s younger bankers.
Mike has held prominent positions throughout his career, including CEO of Barrington Associates and Intrepid, and co-head of the Middle Market Group at Wells Fargo Securities. His prior experience includes roles at Foothill Capital Corp. and Bear Stearns & Co.
A committed philanthropist, Mike founded Westcoast Sports Associates, a nonprofit supporting underprivileged children in Southern California, and co-founded AFINS (American Friends of Israeli Navy SEALs).
Mike earned a bachelor’s degree with honors in Economics from UCLA and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
