Jacob is a founding partner in the law firm of Shwergold Aharonson and Co. and leads the firm’s Corporate and Commercial Law Practice. He advises a broad range of local and international clients on all aspects of business law and has particular expertise in representing clients with respect to complex cross-border transactions. Prior to co-founding the firm, Jacob worked in two of Israel’s largest and most prominent law firms – Fischer Behar Chen Well Orion and Co., and Weksler Bregman and Co. International in outlook and background, Jacob graduated from top universities in Israel and the United States, he is bilingual in English and Hebrew and has been admitted to practice law both in Israel and New York.
