Nikita is a leader with a strong track record in M&A, international transactions, sales, and building high-performing companies. He serves as the president of B7 Holdings, where he leads acquisitions and oversees deal execution. Post-acquisition, Nikita manages key operational functions, including sales, marketing, business development, and human resources across portfolio companies.

Previously, Nikita was the CEO of 001, an e-learning company specializing in HUMINT (Human Intelligence), drawing on the expertise of senior veterans from Israeli intelligence units. He also worked in the Corporate and Capital Markets department at Goldfarb Seligman, one of Israel’s top law firms, where he focused on M&A transactions.

Beyond business, Nikita is a dedicated social activist, particularly in the field of youth at risk. He played a central role in promoting Military Justice Law Amendment No. 73 in the Israeli Knesset and founded Ruah Az, a national lecture initiative that has impacted over 20,000 at-risk youth.

A former national boxing champion in Israel’s welterweight division, Nikita brings the same discipline and drive to every endeavor he takes on.
